Hoppers crossing couple foster a spirit of care

Nadine and Speros Coutsouvelis are hinting at winding back their commitments but it's hard the see the generosity of this Hoppers Crossing couple ceasing altogether. After all, in 36 years of marriage, they have cared for three of their own children, seven adopted children and have fostered more than 200 others.
